3.2-magnitude earthquake hits Davao Oriental

(Eagle News)–A 3.2-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental early Saturday, Oct. 5.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit  35 kilometers southeast of Tarragona at 2:53 a.m.

Depth of focus was 149 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
