(Eagle News)–A 3.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental on Tuesday, Oct. 1.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 149 kilometers southeast of Sarangani at 4:48 p.m.
Depth of focus was 26 kilometers.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
