3.0-magnitude quake hits off Dinagat

(Eagle News)–A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Dinagat on Tuesday, Sept. 17.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 31 kilometers southeast of Loreto at 10 a.m.

Depth of focus was 18 kilometers.

No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
