(Eagle News)– The buko vendor who was seen on video being mauled by three Metropolitan Manila Development Authority personnel during clearing operations in Pasay has filed a case against them.
Romnick Relos, 29, filed a case of physical injury and threats against the three then-members of the Road Clearing Operations Group on March 12.
The case was filed before the Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office.
Relos himself and his two brothers, Dondon and Roy, were arrested by virtue of an outstanding warrant of arrest for a 2007 murder in Masbate.
Authorities said they will be transferred to Masbate so they can face the murder case against them.
