(Eagle News) — These luminous vests of two members of the Philippine National Police on patrol during a program in front of the provincial capitol in Iba, Zambales stood out in this surreal shot as the place switched off their lights to participate in the 2019 Earth Hour.

Before the Earth Hour which was from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., various municipalities participated in a program at the People’s Park in front of the provincial capitol.
