QUEZON CITY, Sep. 15 — The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said the PHP 1.1 billion donation it received for the rehabilitation of Typhoon Yolanda-stricken regions was used as intended. MANILA, April 5 (PNA) — Malacanang on Saturday welcomed the US government’s enactment of the Philippine Charitable Giving Assistance Act, a law intended to urge donations for victims of typhoon “Yolanda”.
