(Eagle News) — A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over the southern part of Luzon. In an advisory issued at 12:44 p.m., the Philippines Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected in Aroroy and Mandaon in Masbate and in Sibuyan Island in Romblon.
