PHL underemployment rate goes down to 13.9 percent in July

(Eagle News)–The country’s underemployment rate in July has gone down to 13.9 percent. Based on data provided by the Philippine Statistics Authority on Thursday, Sept. 5, the rate is 3.3 percent less than the rate recorded on the same month last year. IBON says January 2018 employment rate in PHL at 94.7%; Roque notes increase from rate recorded in January 2017
