The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office on Monday, Aug. 13, said Dioscoro Camacho of Marikina City and Gloria Borlongan Mendoza of Quezon City died of drowning. This is according to Acting Chief Justice Antonio Carpio, in a Twitter post on Monday, Aug. 13.
