The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are being experienced in Catanduanes;Albay, particularly in Sto Domingo, Malilipot, Bacacay; in Northern Samar; Masbate; Burias; Ticao; and Sorsogon, particularly in Magallanes and Bulan. (Eagle News)–A yellow rainfall warning has been hoisted over Metro Manila and other nearby areas. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said apart from Metro Manila, covered by the warning was Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal and Batangas.
