(Eagle News) — Typhoon “Butchoy” (International Name: Nepartak) has intensified and maintained its direction, state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical And Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Wednesday morning. The center of “Butchoy” was last eyed at 860 km east of Calayan, Cagayan.
