JULY 7 (PAGASA) — According to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), Tropical storm “Egay” is now outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR). At 8:00 AM today, the center of Tropical  Storm “EGAY”  was estimated based  on all available data at 320 km West  Southwest of  Basco, Batanes (20.3°N, 118.9°E). Lubog ngayon sa tubig-baha ang labing-isang bayan sa lalawigan ng La Union kaugnay pa rin sa malakas na buhos  ng ulan dulot ng bagyong “Egay”. Storm signal up in some areas of Luzon

UPDATED 6:30 p..m.  MANILA, Philippines, July 3 (Eagle News) — The weather bureau said on its Friday forecast that the tropical storm “Egay” has slightly intensified and slowed down while it continued to move closer to Northern Luzon.
