(Eagle News)–The National Bureau of Investigation has arrested a doctor for allegedly selling overpriced thermal scanners. The  NBI said its Special Action Unit  nabbed Dr. Cedric John Sarmiento De Castro in New Manila, Quezon City for  selling the scanners at P9,500 each.
