(Eagle News)-A 3.7-magnitude earthquake struck Batangas on Monday, Jan. 13. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 7:48 p.m., had its epicenter 8 kilometers southwest of Laurel. Depth of focus was 5 kilometers.
