(Eagle News)–The Bureau of Customs has seized P42 million worth of what authorities said was smuggled rice following a raid in a warehouse in Zamboanga City. The raid, the Presidential  Communications Office said, was conducted by BoC-Port of Zamboanga in Barangay San Jose Gusu following a tip. (Eagle News) — The Bureau of Customs has seized over half a million pesos worth of smuggled rice from Myanmar. The bureau said the 495 bags of white rice were intercepted on Aug. 10 from the port of Cebu. (Eagle News) — The Philippine Coast Guard confiscated a shipment containing over 7,000 sacks of smuggled rice in Zamboanga City. Lt.
