Senator Defensor-Santiago supports presidential debate

Nacionalista Party will not pass unconstitutional provisions of BBL

Sen. Miriam proposes bill criminalizing building code violations

MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago proposed a bill criminalizing the violation of building code after the fire in Valenzuela City. The senator added that owners of residential or commercial buildings will be held liable for the death, injury, and damages suffered by anyone due to said safety violations.
