(Eagle News)–The Senate panel on justice and human rights has issued a subpoena against Bureau of Corrections chief Nicanor Faeldon for him to appear in the panel hearing on the Good Conduct Time Allowance law, or Republic Act 10592, on Monday, Sept. 2.
