Second alarm hoisted over Marikina River

(Eagle News) — A second alarm was hoisted over the Marikina River on Friday, July 20. Marikina Rescue 161 said as of 9 a.m., the water level was now at 16.1 meters. A voluntary evacuation will take place if the water level reaches 17 meters. If it reaches 18 meters and a third alarm is raised, residents near the area will be forcibly evacuated.
