(Eagle News)–Sandiganbayan Associate Justice Reynaldo Cruz passed away on Friday, Feb. 21. He reportedly succumbed to pneumonia. He was 64 years old. Cruz, who was appointed to the court in 2016, was a senior member of the Sandiganbayan’s fourth division.
