Rookie cop nabbed in buy-bust operation in Manila

(Eagle News)–A policeman was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Manila on Thursday night. The National Capital Region Police Office identified the suspect as Patrolman Ferdinand Rafael, who was assigned at the District Admin Holding Unit of the Manila Police District.
