(Eagle News) — Through Proclamation 1128, President Noynoy Aquino declared September 25 as regular holiday in commemoration of Eid’l Adha, an Islamic observance. On another note, the Department of Education (DepEd) declared November 17-20 as school holidays because of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meeting that will be held in the Philippines.
