Roque not convinced with RTC’s decision regarding Pemberton case

Attorney Harry Roque expressed his disbelief regarding the decision of the Regional Trial Court against United States Marine Joseph Scott Pemberton. According to Roque, Pemberton should be declared guilty of murder and not homicide. Although he added that the victim’s family is still happy with Pemberton’s conviction. Kaso kaugnay sa Abu Sayyaf at MNLF nakabinbin sa Regional Trial Court ng Zamboanga

AGOSTO 28 (Agila Probinsay) — Marami pa rin sa kaso ng Abu Sayyaf at ilang miyembro ng Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) ang nakabinbin sa Regional Trial Court ng Zamboanga. Ito ay matapos magpaliwanagg ang DOJ sa kakulangan ng ebidensya sa mga nagsampa ng kaso nito.
