(Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over parts of Northern Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds due to thunderstorms are being experienced over portions of Pangasinan, particularly in Mangatarem; Mt. (Eagle News)–A rainfall advisory has been hoisted over parts of Northern Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to occasionally heavy rains are expected over Cagayan, particularly in Alcala, Iguig and Santa Ana.
