(Eagle News)–Rains are expected in parts of the country today, July 19, as the southwest monsoon affects Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Ilocos Region, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Zambales, and Bataan will experience the monsoon rains.
