SC grants QC judge’s request for extension of deadline to decide Maguindanao massacre case

(Eagle News) — The Supreme Court’s Office of the Court Administrator has granted the request of the Quezon City judge hearing the Maguindanao massacre case for a 30-day extension from the due date to decide the case. LTFRB to appeal QC court order vs Edsa provincial bus ban

(Eagle News)–The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board will appeal a Quezon City court’s order to temporarily halt the planned Edsa provincial  bus ban.
