Palace: Duterte to address nation on Tuesday, Sept. 11

(Eagle News)–President Rodrigo Duterte will address the nation on Tuesday, Sept. 11. This is according to Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque. Roque said, however, that there was no topic  in particular that was slated to be discussed. The speech is scheduled at 3 p.m.
