(Eagle News)—-President Rodrigo Duterte will visit areas devastated by Typhoon “Ompong” on Sunday, Sept. 16.Special Assistant to the President Bong Go said the President would particularly conduct an aerial inspection of Laoag, Ilocos Norte, and Tuguegarao, Cagayan  around noon. “Ompong”  made landfall over northern Luzon early Saturday. DOT: Boracay rehabilitation to be completed by December 2019
