Blue Ribbon will not resume its PDAF probe yet – Guingona

The Senate Blue Ribbon Committee is yet to resume its investigation of the multi-billion dollar pork barrel scam, saying that it will first wait for the Department of Justice Secretary Leila De Lima to finish documenting the supposed exposure of Janet Lim Napoles before deciding whether or not to continue its investigation.

Senator Jinggoy Estrada not worried about Napoles statement

Senator Jinggoy Estrada is not worried with the statement made by Janet Lim Napoles regarding his involvement in the pork barrel scam. He added that he’ll only be worried if there are threats that influenced Napoles to indict the three senators. Accoridng to Justice Secretary Leila De Lima, Napoles has revealed many information but refrains from revealing them, saying that she will wait for Napoles to finish her sworn statement.

Senator Bong Revilla back from vacation

Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. is back from his two-week vacation in Israel, saying that he is expecting to be arrested once he return to the country, with the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee disclosing the results of their investigations, with the said senator allegedly involved in the pork barrel scam.

Ombudsman finds senators Enrile, Estrada and Revilla liable for plunder and graft in PDAF scam

MANILA, Philippines — The Office of the Ombudsman found senators Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada and Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., liable for plunder, saying they took “undue advantage of their official position” in the use of their pork barrel funds.
