Quezon City Representative Winston Castelo has asked the public to refrain from buying fake DVD copies of the film “Heneral Luna”. He also asked the police and the Optical Media Board to arrest the producers and traders of fake DVDs. Castelo added that this is in show of support to the outstanding film. The Philippine National Police (PNP) released the artist sketch of one of the suspected kidnappers in the Samal Island incident wherein three foreigners and a Filipina were kidnapped.
