(Eagle News) — Philippine National Police Chief, Police General Camilo Cascolan has ordered a crackdown on police personnel using vehicles impounded as evidence. Cascolan ordered a nationwide inspection and inventory of all motor vehicles, and instructed PNP unit commanders to conduct surprise camp inspections.
