Just in: 6.2 magnitude quake hits Eastern Samar

  (Eagle News) — Another strong quake hit the Philippines, this time in Eastern Samar on Tuesday afternoon, April 23, with a recorded  magnitude of 6.2, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
