Airlines cancel domestic, international flights due to Luzon-wide quarantine

Gov’t inks deal with PAL on domestic airline travel

MANILA, Apr. 27 — The Department of Budget and Management’s (DBM) Procurement Service-PhilGEPS signed a General Fares Agreement (GFA) with the Philippine Airlines (PAL) on domestic airline travel for an initial 23 national government agencies.
