MANILA, Aug. 23 (PNA) — The low pressure area (LPA) hovering over Luzon is expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday or Sunday, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
