The agriculture department had imposed the ban after it declared a bird flu outbreak in San Luis, Pampanga. PNP Pampanga to arrest those who will smuggle poultry products out of quarantine zone

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Philippine National Police Region III Office will arrest individuals who will attempt to smuggle poultry products out of the 1-kilometer quarantine zone in Pampanga affected by avian flu. According to PNP Region III Director Chief Supt.
