(Eagle News) — Philippine Airlines on Tuesday, Nov. 10, issued reminders to travelers leaving the Philippines for other countries. In a statement, PAL advised them to  accomplish the Passenger Profile and Health Declaration form online via https://bit.ly/PALIntPPHD  five days prior to their flight departure.
