(Eagle News)–Rains are expected in parts of the country on Saturday, July 20, as the southwest monsoon affects Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said monsoon rains will prevail  over the provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Apayao, Abra, Benguet, Mt.Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Batanes and the Babuyan group of Islands.
