Philippines calls China’s claims as hopeless

According to Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Abigail Valte, the Philippine delegation emphasized the lack of basis of China’s territorial claims during the second day of the hearing at the international arbitral court in the Hague, Netherlands. Oral hearing between Philippines and China set on November 24

After deciding that it has jurisdiction over the territorial dispute between the Philippines and China, the Permanent Court of Arbitration sets the oral hearing over said case on November 24.
