(Eagle News) — General Tinio, Nueva Ecija Vice Mayor Melvin Pascual has been sworn in as the municipality’s new mayor. Pascual officially took over the post of slain Mayor Ferdinand Bote on Wednesday morning, July 4. Judge Celso Baguio of Gapan Regional Trial Court Branch 34 administered his oath-taking.
