LTO bins “No Plate, No Travel” policy
QUEZON City, Philippines, May 22 (Eagle News) — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) replaced its “No Plate, No Travel” policy with a “No Registration, No Travel” policy. According to Senator JV Ejercito, the LTO assured the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee of this new policy in the face of the limited supply of license plates.
