Duterte: New airports to be built in Sangley Point, Bulacan
(Eagle News) — There will be new airports in Sangley Point and Bulacan. This is according to President Rodrigo Duterte himself, who spoke with Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo in a nationally televised tête-à-tête on Tuesday, Sept. 11.
