(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed two new commissioners to the Energy Regulatory Commission. Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque announced the appointment of Floresinda Baldo-Digal and Marko Romeo Fuentes to the body on Monday, July 20.
