(Eagle News)–Philippine National Police chief Oscar Albayalde has relieved the Negros Oriental police chief over the recent slays in the province. The PNP confirmed that Negros Oriental Provincial Police Director Colonel Raul Tacaca has been replaced by Police Colonel Angelito Dumangeng.
