DMCI files damages against NCCA
MANILA, Philippines, August 11 (Eagle News) — The DMCI filed a complaint for damages in the Makati Regional Trial Court against the National Commission on the Culture and the Arts (NCCA) due to the cease-and-desist order issued by the NCCA against the construction of the Torre De Manila.
