LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg (Reuters) – EU environment ministers gathered in Luxembourg on Monday (June 19) held a minute of silence for the victims of the forest fire in Portugal that killed at least 62 over the weekend in Pedro Grande, a mountainous area about 200 km (125 miles) northeast of Lisbon.
