QUEZON CITY, Feb. 24 — The Philippine government is committed to pursue policy objectives that will ensure the preservation of its forests and stop deforestation, Environment Secretary Ramon J.P. Ikinatuwa ng Provincial Officer ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR-Capiz) na si Valentin Talavero ang lumabas na ulat ng Commission on Audit (COA) na wala silang nakita na negatibong findings sa paggamit ng pondo para sa National Greening Program ng DENR. Ayon kay ginoong Talavero tama ang nagging pagpapatupad nila sa proyektong ito.
