(Eagle News) — Severe Tropical Storm “Nanmadol” may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility tonight or tomorrow morning. According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, once inside PAR, it will be given the domestic name “Josie.” The weather bureau said so far, “Nanmadol” was located 1,760 km east northeast of extreme Northern Luzon.
