Abuhair Kullim Indal, whose aliases include Annual Dasil and Abu Khair, was nabbed in a house at the Salam Compound in Barangay Culiat on Friday at 4:25 p.m. The suspect had a warrant for his arrest for kidnapping and serious illegal detention.
