Second alarm raised on rising Marikina river’s water level; nearby residents told to evacuate

  (Eagle News) The Marikina government has issued a second alarm for the Marikina river, prompting nearby residents to evacuate, as the water level continued to rise because of continuous heavy monsoon rains.
