MMDA suspends number coding on Monday due to typhoon ‘Lando’

Complaint against former MMDA Chair Francis Tolentino will push through

According to Atty. Lorna Kapunan, legal counsel of groups that filed charges against resigned Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Francis Tolentino, said charges will push through even if Tolentino already resigned his position and has made a public apology.
