(Eagle News) — The Philippine Coast Guard on Tuesday, March 15, announced a minor reshuffle in the organization. According to the PCG, CG Commodore Nelson B Torre is the new Deputy Commander of the PCG’s Maritime Security and Law Enforcement Command.
